How to handle panic disorder

In 2015, when I suffered an emotionally traumatic event, I started suffering from panic attacks.

They would hit me without any warning.

I remember one time, I was walking along and all of a sudden a panic attack hit me and me legs practically gave out from under me.

I had to sit on the sidewalk for awhile and gather myself.

While, I started recovering from panic attacks after about 2.5 years, I don’t think I have a disorder.

But if you do, here’s how someone who was diagnosed with panic disorder handled it.
