Why did this happen to me?

“Why did this happen to me?”

“What did I do to deserve this?”

“How did it come to this?”

Those are the questions that tend to rage through our minds when you discover your loved one cheated on you.

But in my research, I learned that these questions are hurting you even further.

These questions aren’t empowering you.

Whenever, you find yourself asking these questions, quickly change it to asking yourself different questions:

“How do lift myself up from this?”

“How can I learn from this?”

“How do I make things better?”

Changing the questions you ask yourself is one of the quickest ways to start dealing with the pain.

This is a tactic taught by Tony Robbins.

He says asking yourself more empowering questions instead of questions that disempower you helps guide you to a better life.

You can learn more about how Tony uses questions to create a better life with his book “Awaken the Giant Within”.

This is a book I revisit on a weekly basis.

That’s how highly I think of this book.
