BRAIN BUDDHA 🧠
What You Can and Can’t Control
This infographic is a great reminder of what you can and cannot control in your life.
Knowing this, helps you have more control over your emotions and mental health.
This is something I’m teaching my child as well because I wish I knew this when I was growing up.
MONEY BUDDHA 💵
Beat Inflation with This…
Inflation is pounding household budgets to the ground and the stock market is like something from a Game of Thrones episode.
A great way to beat inflation? Income-paying dividend stocks.
Some common favourites:
- Walmart (WMT)
- Realty Income Corp (O)
- Enbridge (ENB)
These are just a few of my favourites.

RELATIONSHIP BUDDHA ❤️
The Male Friend Recession is Hurting Us All
Males have fewer friends than ever before and the consequences are hurting us all.
Lack of friendships are causing males mental health issues (loneliness, depressions, etc) and physical health issues (poor sleep, inflammation, etc).
The knock-on effects is overflowing into society as a whole potentially causing increased violence in society.
Not sure what the solution is, but it seems clear enough even without a research study being done.
