Sleep has always been important to me.
I never pulled "all nighters" studying for school. I always felt I'd rather feel refreshed and rested (but not cover everything) than completely exhausted and falsely thinking I covered everything.
I can't remember the last time I actually "slept in" on a weekend either but I know many people who do like to "catch up" on sleep on the weekends.
But according to sleep researchers, this may not actually work:
