Rental income from a rental property is popular way to generate “passive income” however, it’s not necessarily easy if you’re not careful.
I know one relative who has a second property just sitting around not being rented out just because he’s too scared of renting it out to a bad tenant.
While this is an extreme case (not something I would do either)…
