The feeling of loneliness has a huge impact on your mental health and self-esteem. It can have an impact on any age person but probably especially more for those in their senior years.

Now, scientists have come up with a method for people to help manage the feelings of loneliness…and you can do it yourself too! The researchers from Carnegie Mellon University found that meditation helped reduce feelings of isolation.
