BRAIN BUDDHA ????

How to Heal from Trauma

In 2015, I suffered a debilitating emotional trauma.

It took me years to recover and I still suffer from bouts of anxiety, depression & mental trauma every once in a while.

That trauma is one of my motivations for creating the Brain Buddha site, to help others who might be going through what I went through.

If you’re suffering through trauma, I hope this can help you (even just a little).
